Besides option for shareholder to vote using terminals stationed at the designated location in the Meeting hall, Boardroom Mobile e-Polling application is another channel for the shareholder to vote.
Prior to the meeting date, the shareholder can download the application via Google Play for Android phone. On the meeting day, the shareholder is required to connect to WIFI provided by Boardroom. After successful login, shareholder will be given a time duration to vote for all resolutions of the meeting.
Boardroom Mobile e-Polling Application can be used for Android mobile.
